HANSHIN Motors provides free vehicle inspection service for our customers to keep the stable driving condition with pride of our product.
Our product is designed to comply to related regulation and standard. please maintain and drive our product according to “Users’ manual and service manual” for stable driving condition and maximum performance. Our product guaranteed according to the warranty policy and applicable laws.
Warranty range
In case defected vehicle component is judged to malfunction or fault due to the material or manufacturing process by technical analysis on the condition that the vehicle is managed and maintained according to “Users’ manual and service manual”, the defected parts can be repaired or replaced to new or improved parts.
Warranty terms and related parts
Warranty terms applied based on the owners’ purchasing contract date and is expired when whichever period or mileage reaches defined terms and conditions.

Below cases are excluded from warranty service even during warranty terms.
Wear or damage on tire
Damage or lust by ambient condition or chemical effect
Vehicle defect or part damage by low quality of fuel or lubricants
Damage by accident, inappropriate driving, component modification
Private adjustment of instrument panel
Vehicle maintenance parts.
Damage by nonstandard fluid, fuel, lubricant or maintenance terms missing
Damage by inappropriate or unsuitable repairing
Indirect financial loss and additional cost
Suitable operation and management according to “Users’ manual” and “Warranty” are required for safety driving
Vehicle must be inspected and repaired suitably by using of standard genuine parts otherwise unsuitable inspection, repair and non-genuine parts can cause performance degradation or critical damage on the vehicle.
Critical malfunction as steering, braking, driving motor and powertrain related to driving and safety must be reported to our service center and inspected.
Customers is responsible to additional malfunction due to in-time warranty (maintenance) service missing without unjustified reason.
When warranty terms exceeded due to users’ private reason, warranty service is not available.
